All businesses are expected to perform within certain parameters of ethics of their business. These ethical values play a crucial role in making businesses important and earn them a reputation.
Companies cannot exist in vacuum and are an essential part of the society. They are not only expected to behave in certain form but also shoulder some part of responsibilities towards their community where they operate. These responsibilities can either be on local or global platform.
We feel it responsible to give back to society what we owe towards it thus we feel proud to support local voluntary organizations. We also understand that our responsibilities have to be sustainable and our business has responsible effect on the world that surrounds us.
We have also partnered with our suppliers to understand how they can also play their part in minimizing ecological impact of their businesses. In a modest way, we encourage our supply chain to think about these impacts and work together in ethical ways towards society.
We are proud to say that our paper comes from recycled or other sustainable FSC resources and our electricity is resourced from renewable sources. We believe in RECYLCING. We love to take train trips often and drive our fuel-efficient car as little as possible that has decreased our car mileage offsetting our annual CO2 emission drastically.
Our business philosophy revolves around “treat others as you wish to be treated yourself.” We constantly support small and developing businesses like ours and have cordial relationships with our suppliers because they also in turn help us grow and prosper.
We are proud of our actions and we love to do it. Business just not mere profit for us and our world does not dance around floating numbers on balance sheets. The difference in our business practices is what makes our business exciting. That is why we are such big supporter of Charity Water for offering real solutions to the most basic need of mankind. They have completed 1,247 water projects bringing clean water to 650,000 people, and we are so looking forward to getting more involved in their noble cause.
A percentage of each project that comes into our studio will be held in a fund to build a new freshwater well. At the end of each financial year, we will be donating the collected fund on behalf Candid Photography.
